Support Contracts
We offer a very transparent support contract, our standard business support tariff would be over
an agreed 6 month term, which is then renewable on a 6 monthly basis
We do this based on a flat monthly fee: £300 per month
This includes :
•
Telephone IT support available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
•
Contract Includes 10 weekday telephone support calls* per month
(*up to an expected maximum of 30 minutes phone support call)
Available at extra cost:
•
Additional telephone support calls* are charged at a rate of £12.50 per call
(*up to an expected maximum of 30 minutes phone support call)
•
Site visits are charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour (minimum 4hrs) up to a maximum daily cost of 7.5hrs
Additional Consultancy rates:
•
Single day rate@ £375 per day
•
Multi day rate (upto 10 days)@ £340 per day
•
Longer term day rate@ £300 per day
Software as a Service (all prices stated as monthly charge):
Software and licensing costs as a Capex can be prohibive, especially when contemplating major systems upgrade (Operating systems
upgrade, email systems migrations, Microsoft Office upgrades, Server backup and DR services) - We offer key software solutions on a
monthly subscription based model.

Software Management Agreement - £85 per contract
•
PC, Laptop and Server Monitoring
We recommend installing our remote monitoring, patching and remote support client on all of your windows PC, Laptops and
Servers
Option 1 - £3 per device
Option 2 - £60 for up-to 50 devices
Option 3 - £80 for unimited devices
