We operate this service as a value-add to residents in the Wickford area as an evenung and weekend service:Monday to Friday - 6pm to 10pmWeekends - 10am to 3pmWe are of course contactable on support@CraVeITSolutions.net and will respond wherever possible outside of these hours
Transparent Prices:
Our @home service rates are based on a standard charge of £40 call out fee, which covers the first two hours of supportExtended support is then charged @£10 per hour up to a maximum total cost of £60* (*This means for a single issue - You will only pay for a maximum of 4 hrs worth of support - if we haven't fixed the issue by then, we will arrange with you that we either resolve the issue for you offsite, or return at no extra charge to continue and resolve)For most troubleshooting issues or hardware upgrade advice, we recommend that you call and arrange a free 15 minute remote session* (*subject to available resources) with one of our engineers to properly assess the requirementAn example of value - To virus clean an infected pc or laptop, and apply any required windows updates can be very time consuming, in these situations its more cost effective that we remove your laptop/pc. Perform the clean and then return the device to you within 2 days(usually the next day) - in which case you simply pay the £40 call out feeComing soon....We will soon be introducing our remote prepay service that covers you for 1 hrs worth of prepaid telephone support @£15 - payable via paypalBased on the results of our initial remote assessment session it may be a better solution that an hours worth of remote diagnostics and support is more beneficial and better value than an @home visit - we are very much focused on saving you time and money
